Understanding user needs and pain points through market analysis, interviews, and surveys, aiming to gain a clear insight into their requirements.

Problem Definition

Synthesizing the gathered information to identify the problem to be solved, directing the design towards a well-defined and focused path.

Ideation and Prototyping

Exploring creative solutions through divergent thinking, and translating them into interactive prototypes to concretely visualize ideas.

Testing and Iteration

Validating solutions with users and collecting feedback to continuously improve the design, refining the product based on real needs.

Ricerca ed Empatia

Comprendere i bisogni e problemi degli utenti tramite analisi di mercato, interviste e questionari, con l’obiettivo di ottenere una visione chiara delle loro necessità.

Definizione del problema

Sintetizzare le informazioni raccolte per identificare il problema da risolvere, indirizzando la progettazione verso una direzione ben definita e focalizzata.

Ideazione e Prototipazione

Attraverso il pensiero divergente, si esplorano soluzioni creative, poi tradotte in prototipi interattivi, per visualizzare le idee in modo concreto.

Test e Iterazione

Validazione delle soluzioni con gli utenti e raccolta di feedback per migliorare continuamente il design, perfezionando il prodotto in base alle esigenze reali.
